ICT and HIPAA have improved healthcare.

Healthcare Reforms has redefined it totally.

Telemedicine refers to the provision of clinical health care over the internet using either an application or other means of communication that could connect health professionals and their patients on the go. Information technology has help to cut off the barriers which people from remote areas experience in getting medical assistance. Also it has helped health professionals to share information wirelessly. Public health professionals can reach out to much more people at a go than ever before at a cost convenient rate.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), has helped to improve healthcare delivery greatly in many ways, as a matter of fact it has helped to ensure that insurance policies are not flawed by insuring that mismanagement of funds is brought to zero level. Before HIPAA was established patients between 12-18 years were not granted privacy, this implies that every information about them would be released to their parents/guardians which relatively hinders how they relate with health professionals  before now.
